Would a stock cam from a C6 Z06 (2007) fit / do anything for a 1999 Trans Am? Any help would be appreciated.

You would need to swap your front timing cover and run a front cam sensor, but in my opinion it isn't worth time time to swap that cam in and you wouldn't see that much gains....if doing a cam swap there are a lot better choices out there.
