2004 5.3 need a cam ???

WHAT would be a good up grade cam 4 a stock engine other than rpm intake & 750 carb & headers ?

Truck intake with fuel injection or are you adding a single plane intake and carb? If you're keeping it efi a good daily driver that still puts down good numbers is the 224R. If you're going carb with a vic jr something with a bigger with a little bit of split like an MS3.
