Default Ls pistons and rod question!!

Hey guys have a questions to ask. I understand that they are press fit design but once they are taken apart are they reusable.

i know that 5.7 and 6.0 rods and stroke are the same, but just to say could i take the 5.7 rods and put the 6.0 pistons on them.just for example

thanks

Yes You can interchange the rods from the 5.3L , the 5.7L and the 6.0L as long as they are from the same gen ,,,,,,,,,full-floating rods will not work on pistons that were semi-floating pins . Oh ya and as long as The rods were not overheated in the disassembly process .

Press it out, heat it up to put it in.
