Default Removing oil filter

I just changed my oil about a week ago. My oil pressure gauge is fucked up so I bought an after market to make sure with the oil filter sandwich adapter. How much oil will I lose by just removing the filter? Will it be the same as a normal oil change? Really don't want to drain all that oil.

I guess an option would be to drain the oil and just put it back... What do you guys know?

No way a full quart fits in the those filters. At the most you might lose half a quart.
