Default LQ4/G6X3 compatibility

Been doing a little reading on here, was wondering though how this combo would be, car could have some 243 heads if need be but how would it do stock? Will have an LS6 intake and some valve springs obviously, any need to fly cut the pistons if I use the stock heads? Will they even flow enough?

Pros and cons would be greatly appreciated!

The ls6 intake and stock heads will quickly kill power in the upper rpm's.
