Default Valve question

I have a set of 317 heads I am going to fix up. I was thinking of having new valves installed. 2.02" intake. What would happen if I used the standard 1.55" exhaust valves? Could you go as big as 1.60" on the exhaust.
I know someone that is selling a set of 2.02" and 1.60" valves. I assume the standard setup is 2.02" and 1.57"

I had mine done at my local machine shop, I had stock size feera valves put back in, they told me that the stock size was as big as they could go! Mine were 317's as well. I'm not saying this is true, just what they told me. they are a reputable shop!
