Default springs for 04 Z06 cam

Picked up this used cam and I'm going to put it in an LQ9 for a swap in an A body for street use. I'm looking at the blue gm beehive springs. Any other recommendations. Pushrod upgrade?

I believe that the blue springs are 2001 specs and since your cam is 2004 you should get 2002+ Z06 springs. 04 has more lift than 01.

Personally, I would go with a bit more spring (PSI 1511ML for example) because it doesn't appear you are running the light LS6 valves that came with the cam. If the valves are heavier, then the LS6 springs may not be able to control the valve train at high RPM. The PSI's can be shimmed for a seat value but come in at 125# at 1.800" as I recall and are stiffer than the LS6 springs.
