Default Finished 102 swap question

Recently finished up my fast swap, only thing is now my ac only blows at my feet and very slightly. Checked the vac port on the back of the manifold and its connected. What now? I'm a newb an this is my first f body, any help is appreciated as summers coming up and it gets in the 100's here in south Texas. Thanks guys

Make sure you didn't cracking that hard plastic vacuum tube that runs from the back of the intake to the ac. When I did mine I tore the rubber boot on it and had the same problem.

I went thru this when I got rid of some vacuum lines. It ended up being a check valve installed backwards. This was after chasing a vacuum leak for a month. Good luck

Follow the vacuum port you looked at at see if any of the lines or connections are cracked or missing. I forgot to put one back in when I put my engine back in my WS6 the first time, and couldn't figure it out for the life of me til I remember a fitting I forgot to put back on

trace the small vac line that goes to the back of the intake, that is the one that controls your top vents. I know you said it was installed correctly but just as everyone has said, check everything and you will find your problem
