I'm wanting to do a 383 with my ls1 has anyone on here did one?

What's your question? Has anyone bought a rotating assembly from TSP? Lots of folks have bought the shortblock outright, but their rotating assemblies look to give you lots of good options.

If you have a competent machine shop close by and want to use your core LS1, it's a very good option.

I'd just go with a 402 short block. Bigger bore & unshrouded valves.

Yea I'm new to the ls1 and I have heads and cam now so was just looking at the 383 kit
