5.3L to 5.7L, rod sizes Anyone know if the 5.3L LM7 uses the same rods as an LS1? I know the crankshaft is the same, and I'm assuming since the stroke is the same they would. Reason I'm asking is because I bought a low mile 5.3L to install in my third gen camaro. Was thinking about buying a set of LS1 pistons and having the block bored, if thats all it takes to get 346ci out of it.
