Default my 5.3 build with ls1 parts
what parts will fit and would be worth my while to throw on my 5.3 i have a chance on a lot of parts off a ls1 right now

LS1 parts are not an upgrade for a 5.3.

LS6 parts are what you want - intake, heads, plus aftermarket cam.

What car is the motor going in?

2005 chevy silverado 1500 z71 and i was told that the 806 heads are good on a 5.3
