can I install heads without a tune? I have a set of Stage II heads. However I dont have enough cash yet to buy ls1 edit to tune my car with. would it cause any problems to put the heads on the car and drive it for maybe a month before i get it tuned? and how will it run in that months time? crappy or semi-normal?
