Default Budget 5.3 build/connecting rod help

So I'm trying to build a 5.3 on a budget, and I'm trying to get the best parts I can for my money(obviously). So my question is should I buy a set of used gm ly6 powdercoated floating pin style connecting rods and have em checked out by a machine shop, or should I get a set of the scat 6.100 I-beam connecting rods. The gm ones I can get for a 100 bucks right now off of eBay, and the scat are around 350 bucks from summit. Im shooting for between 400 and 450 hp.

Either one will handle that amount of HP. Just be aware that while hp is a nice number rod manufacturers throw out there for general consideration, the max rpm you are planning to run the rod is equally important. If everything about a rod choice is equal, then I always go for the lighter rod. If you need to more "peace of mind", throw ARP bolts on the LY6 rods.

I would go with the stock rods.
