Default Compstar crank with spray

I am building a 6.0 and have heard that the compstar crank was a great way to go for a decent price. I am wondering how much power have those cranks seen? I am looking to spray between 300-400 at most and do not want some bullshit issues to take me out for a bit this year. Running Ported LSA Heads, compositor H beam rods, and a set of wiseco pistons.

If you don't want to roll the dice then get something better. They are rated at something like 900hp.

Saving $1K to have to redo it later seems a bit silly.

Thanks GNX I had not seen the power rating for those cranks so was sorta curious on them.

The 4340 Compstar crank has gone well into 4 digit power. Spraying that much nitrous is going to be tune dependent. I've seen people spray 300 on a stock crank with forged rods & pistons. It's all in the setup. If done correctly it will last.

you talking 4340 or the 5140 crank (LS-C series) ?

the 4340 would have no concerns as stated
