Yes it will fit without machining. Some earier people had some issues but I did some measuring and I think it was installation error or they changed something now.

If the date stamped on the pulley is after Aug 2003 it will fit without machining

Yeah I was then I installed my Vortech pulley whitch is made by ATI also. I have two friends I did installs on and they are both running ATI's.
