Default lq4 cam bearing issue

Hey guys i spun the number 4 & 7 rod bearings the other day. Decided to tear motor apart for a hot tank cleaning at the local machine shop. Well when i pulled the cam out the number 2&3 cam bearings come out with it. It took a lil force to get them to come out tho. I was thinking maybe spun cam bearings. I said **** just my luck!!!

Well i took to machine shop they check it out and said one journal is out of round. Said they looked for over size bearings and couldnt find any. I would hate to junk this block over something like this.

Ive read and people have spun bearings and just reinstall new bearings with loctight without problems. The cam looks to be perfect. I dont really think they spun tho. I think they shrunk or something and made cam harder to take out. Which pulled out 2 bearings. What do u all think??
