LOL.............
Seriously though sounds like a piston pin, but who knows without tearing it down
Be sure to take the belt off and give it a quick start to see if it goes away (obviously dont drive it like that) Ive heard power steering pumps and Ac compressors sound similar to that too

Short video but sounds like top end pitch wise to me, deeper tones come from down low. To be fair it is impossible to know in a video but diagnose and fix it for sure. I got a 194000 mile 6.2 that has a little piston rattle when cold starting but quiets in a a couple minutes or a couple miles.

Definitely needs a tear down. Also, be sure to remove parts slowly and methodically so you can inspect and find where the interference is/was and document what you find. Nothing worse than having to do the job a third time. Well I guess it would be worse for the 4th and 5th time.

Sounds like a rod bearing to me but it's always hard to say listening to a video and I'm in a loud shop too. When I listen for rod bearings I usually hold the idle up a little and lightly flare the throttle, real light, and the noise will go up and down with revs. Another way to see if it's a rod is disconnect one coil at a time and see if the noise stops, when it does you've found your cylinder with the bad bearing. Doesn't always work, but sometimes it does.
When you saw the mark on the windage tray, did you knock that part down or anything in case it's bent up and hitting?
