Default 98' head questions

hey guys. i've been thinking about getting some heads for my car sometime in the near future, and was wondering if it would be worth the trouble and expense to get center bolt heads. i've heard that 98' heads don't flow as well as later heads, but i'm making pretty good numbers with them now. any input will be appreciated. thanks,
Jordan

i didnt think so and ended up sticking with the perimeter bolt heads...the coil packs are a pain if you have to take them off and put them on alot but other then that i dont see much of a bad side to them.

If your new heads are cnc ported or ported in a consistent manner and of course assuming good valve job then there is no power difference. On the other hand center bolt valve covers will clear aftermarket rockers much easier.
