Default New Dual Springs installed!!! break in question...

I just put on a new set of Partiot Gold Dual Springs...I have an x1 cam BTW
I have given them 1 idle to full temp heat cycle....
can I use Highway miles to break them in????
I Might take a trip tonight and I'll be on the highway for about an hour...maybe an hour and fifteen minutes..or so.....

from what i have gatherd dual springs need around 2-5 heat cycles before you go past
5Krpm its my 3rd heat cycle and i hit 4K a couple of times.... in a couple of days ill drive her like normal..... and i think freeway driving is fine! jmo ... its the high rpm that will hurt them not long drives!
