c5r will come down in price?
I believe the c5r race block's price will be cut in half once they start mass
producing them for the 06 z07! Does everyone agree with me? I am going to build a stroker in 06 and do you think I should plan on building a 427 rather than a 402 on an ls2 block if it is only going to be a little more money?

The C5-R blocks will never come down to 1/2 of what they cost now.
The 2006 ZO6 will have the LS7 motor with 3 valve per cylinder heads, not the C5-R block.
A 427 in my opinion is over kill, once you get to a certain displacement you reach the point of diminishing returns. There are some 402-408 CI motors that make more power NA than alot of the big 422-436 motors.
Just go with a nice 402 solid roller setup and you will have some serious power at a decent price.

Are you sure the z07 will not have a 427 I have heard from numerous people it will be 427 ci I have also heard what you say that it will indeed be 3v per cylinder. You are thinking it will be a 6.0 liter with 3v heads and make over 500hp? Well its either gonna be a 6.0ltr or a 427ci we will have to wait to find out this time next year, but I am sure at the auto show the truth will come out. I don't think I want a solid roller as the valves jobs would be a bitch don't you agree.
