Piston Slap...Anyone get their motors replaced by GM? Well, my piston slap (normal condition 
) has progressed to more of a rattle than a tick and constant. I am now losing about a 1/2 quart every two weeks.
Anyone have any luck on getting dealers to replace their motors? Any suggestions on how to approach them on it and force their hand?
The car goes in tomorrow for an SES light so I am hoping to spend some time with the Service Manager. The dealer ahs always been fair with me so I am hoping we can work it out.
