Default Sanity check on buildup

I want to get a new shortblock this winter and am starting to plan parts now. I wil either go 383 stroker or 347 max effort. Either way I would think stepped headers, Fast 90 intake and TB, 85MM MAF and lid.

I have AS 5.3 S2 heads but am looking at maybe AFR 225 or AFR heads through one of our sponsors. Solid roller is a possibility for a cam or a large hydo cam. This is not a daily driver.

The goal is to get the car into the high 10's NA. I have a MN6 and will get the weight of the car down to 3500 or less with me in it.

Do you think either of these approaches will make it? The rest of the drivetrain is set up for the power. Moser 12 bolt with 4.10 gears, D&D parts in the trans and a SPEC S3 clutch. Also all safety suff in the car already.

Thanks for the help.
