Default TR 224/224 112 With stock exhaust manifolds?

Will this net any kind of signifigant power gains without longtubes? If so how much ? and would dual vavle springs be recommended for this cam ?? Thanks.....

You should see pretty good gains, I dont have any dyno's without the LTH since I did them both at the same time.
And YES YES YES put in double springs. Here are the set I have now.

i used to have stock manifolds with this same cam and i gained 22rwhp and 10rwtq, imho, it's not worth it to get the cam witout the long tubes, if you can't afforad both now, get the headers first and you can put the cam later on...
