Default any problems running LS6 springs, stock cam?

Thinking of installing new pushrods, in a few weeks. Any problems installing LS6 springs at the same time, so when i ever do get around to a LS6 cam, i am ready? also provide a little more overrev protection just in case.

Pros, cons.

Ryan.

I think LS6 springs are even a good idea for a stock motor that is raced a lot... They are a nice upgrade over stock.

The LS6 springs are a really good upgrade if you are sure you are not going above the factory/LS6/HotCam. Any of the aftermarket cam companies suggest the 918s due to the higher lift/durration.

I've had LS6 valve springs on my 2000 Z28 for over a year now. Not one problem. My factory valve springs were starting to float at 7000 miles and were shot by 9000.
