Default LS1 block ... 2 bolt main or 6 bolt main?????

I've heard in the past from several people that the LS1s are 2 bolt mains... but I got the new book by Chris Endres today and he states 6 bolt....

so which is it?

Thanks

LS1 is a 6 bolt main.

The LT1 F-Bodies used a 2 bolt main instead of the 4 bolt main used in the Vette. That was probably the source of the confusion.
