Default Help, found spring in oil?

I changed my oil and on the drain plug was the very end of a valve spring. Should this worry me or would it be ok for about a 1/4 of an inch of the spring to break off? I took the valve covers off, but could not visual any breaks or where the piece came from. The car is internally stock with every bolt-on, but does gets sprayed at the track almost every weekend. I have almost 36,000 miles on it and have been spraying for about 2 years now. Thanks

Thanks guys, I have looked really hard but can not find any thing wrong visually. I have restarted the car and no funny noise or signs of a problem. I was wondering if I should go and change the springs anyway? Thanks..

Change them, it could be the raindrop before the storm.
Go with 918's or Rev duals.
