Default LS6, 6.0 or AFR for FI stroker?

I’m looking to buy some heads for my N/A 346 that I could use next year on my stroker engine. The compression would be down while they’re on the 346, but it shouldn’t be too bad.

Thanks!

Since your stroker wont be built til next year I would save your money until we get some clear independent AFR 225 results.

I just got my 6.0L heads from MTI today For my Ati Plans in the summer of 05 they are relly nice pieces and not as mutch $$ as the afr's. But like blackz said wait you'll be kicking your self when you have to repeat every thing you just did when the new motor comes. Also i am under the impression I will be losing hp with these heads untill the blower comes.

afr heads will definately hold more pressure then the other heads due to the thicker walls from what i understand. wait for some results from the 225's, and if they do not turn out to be the best, then go with the 205's.

I am extremely happy with my TEA 6.0L Stage III FI heads. They are absolutely beautiful They are also O-ringed. Brent from TEA said that the heads with ASP head studs should hold 15 psi without any problems.
