Default MTI C2 Cam: Any P/V clearance issues?

I'm looking at a MTI C2 cam that has been custom ground on a 115 LSA instead of the usual 112 LSA.
Specs are:
224/224, .581/.581 115 LSA
Are there any piston to valve clearance issues with when using LS6 heads that have not been milled, or just lightly milled to clean them up. I don't want to flycut the pistons.
Thanks for any replies.

I've got the C2 on 112. Had no problems with the factory heads. The 115 shouldn't affect it that much. But you can always verify with a micrometer. I'm getting ready for cometic gaskets and 0.010" mill job on my Patriot Stage 2 6.0 liters. I'd be more worried about that than factory heads with the cam on 115.
