I found this Head/Cam setup for sale and I need to know if it is the right thing for me and if it's worth it. I have a 99' Z28, and I'm wanting to upgrade my car, but I'm on a budget, and this is a pretty good buy. Just let me know what you think, how much HP it will add, and if I will need to do anything else before installing it on my car. Basically is this all I need before I go stripping my car down. Any help appreciated, because I have a sticker on the back of my car that reads "Import Killer" and I won't to back it up. Here is the ad:

The heads are off of a 00 Corvette, 853 cast. The valves are stock 2.00 and 1.55. These heads flowed about 288 CFM @ .600 lift on intake side at 28.0"Hg. The cam is a GTP 420 226/226 .595 on a 112LSA This package had about 3000 miles on it. Also, included is the entire gasket kit you will need for the install and ARP head bolt kit, a definite must. You will also get stock length hardened pushrods from Crane. Does not include Rockers Arms. Everything is in excellent condition. I had the heads jet washed and pressure checked before putting up for sale. Ready for install. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

How much for that stuff?

It would be nice to have bigger valves but perhaps the price of the heads reflects that.

They are a little over a $1000. As far as everything else, will this be a good addition to my car. I want to get up to around 360 hp, I'm not wanting high hp, but just enought to take care of business. Any suggestions. Do you think this would be a good deal, or do I need to go with something else?
