Default March pulley and Rollmaster timing chain?

Are there any fitment problems using a Rollmaster double timing chain along with the March underdrive pulley? I know that there used to be some problems With the ASP pulley and some chains. Just want to make sure there a no issues before I start my cam swap.

Kris at SDPC told me it's not a problem. I'll be able to let you know first hand in a week or so.

You have to shim the oil pump if you use a double row chain which makes getting the pickup tube into the oil pump port difficult. I don't think the March pulleys work on the LS1. At least they didn't make one at the time I did my cam, chain and pump so I went with the ASP. I milled 3mm off of the snout of the ASP pulley to allow for the oil pump shims and it worked out fine, but now the pumps comes with the step already milled in on the ASP so you don't have to worry about that. I've installed the ASP on both of my LS1s and I'm very satisfied with them.

Just use a JWIS and have a March, good pulley and excellent dampner characteristics.
little heavier than ASP but does a better job controling harmonics. BTW JWIS is the Le Mans C5R corvette chain, need I say more?

I found the March pulley doesn't work with a double roller. You will need to machine or grind the pulley to clear the pump after it is shimmed.

Thanks Slowhawk, I think I'm going to go with the Comp single roller adjustable. I'm sure that it will fit with no problems.
