Does anyone know what this HD came from

Well...
It's not in the GM catalogs (f,y,truck,etc.). My only guesses are say GM exported vehicles (south america, china, etc) and Holden? Or Maybe a Gen III Marine application. Either way the application must have a NO-A/C option. GM in USA has been standard A/C since 1996 IIRC.
