The reason why i searched and asked is because on jegs they have 347 kits and there is 2 kits everything identical, except the different stroke.. is there a reason why there different and which one is better and why? thanks

Yes. the difference is 0.278 inches lol. If you put a longer stroke into the engine, you increase displacement and it's not a 347 anymore. With everything else the same, a longer stroke makes more torque, and brings the power peak in lower in the rpm band. Neither is better, it just depends on what you want from the car.

Look out for the post police. They won't tell you why, just refute anything theoretical that you state. And call you and idiot. The unfortunate side of LS1tech.
