Default Aftermarket pistons.

I have a friend that is running Nitrous and wants to make the motor safer without spending mega dollars.
If he did Diamond pistons, new rings, and aftermarket rod bolts what else would need to be done?
Using stock rods.
I know the cylinder walls would need to be honed, but would the motor need any machine work other then that?
I called and talked to thunderracing, and the person I spoke with said noone offered a aftermarket 3.90 bore piston.
Only a 3.905 for stock displacement.
What all would need to be done?

that seems to be about it...rod bolts and pistons are the #1 and #2 big things on the internal side of things...make sure he has a good oil pump

So you could probally put a decent nitrous setup in for 1000 dollars.
If the hone can be done by the installer without having to go to a machine shop that would be awsome.
