Default back cylinders 5,6,7,8 too rich

I went to pull my spark plugs yesterday and the first two #1 & 2 were almost white, the next two 3 and 4 looked good and then the further back I went the browner and blacker the plugs got. I have not been running nitrous. I have all the bolt -ons plus a big cam and converter and a rough tune. I still have to get to a dyno and get a good tune on her but the spark plugs being all being so different in color really bothers me. Has anyone else experienced this before and if so what did you do to correct it?

Could be your big cam and low vacuum... your rear cylinders may be misfiring more than front due to the intake not being symmetric. Since there is that clear pattern chances are there is nothing mechanically wrong but check for vacuum leaks behind the intake to be sure. A good tune likely helps.

I had plugs like that when I used home ported heads which were not very consistent from cylinder to cylinder...
