Default Resleeve??? will it work?

A local shop here has an ls-6 but it needs new sleeves due to a crack. It is a-lot cheaper than buying a new block but would this hold up to street/strip racing???? Planning on NOS, Cam, Heads, etc. but if it won't hold there's no use....I don't know anything about resleeving so I'm asking you all....thanks

There is no problem with putting a sleeve in a LS block. As long as you have a sleeve that is of proper size and it is corectly installed you should have no issues.

As long as the interference fit is around .0025" for the dry sleeve you will not have any trouble.
