PCV fitting on center bolt valve covers
I got a set of center bolt valve covers and I needed the pcv fitting for the driver's side. I ordered one but it's too big for the hole. Are there differant versions of center bolt covers? I just ordered the fitting for a 99 and assumbed that would be it.

Re: PCV fitting on center bolt valve covers
I have a set of center bolt LS6 valve covers on my 98.
That rear drivers side PCV system connector (rubber grommet) is smaller than on the old 98 covers. I just bought a PCV valve from Autozone, ground down the end of it, removed the spring and valve (guts) and used it to push into the rubber grommet on the LS6 cover. Like I said, you need to remove the guts of this PCV valve, because you already have a PCV valve halfway down that hose.
