Default New cam help....ICL

Hi, I am getting ready to order a cam for my forged 347cid motor, and my question is around ICL. The cam is a 232/238 xer lobed 111.5lsa cam. Should this cam be ground straight up and have the intake close @ 47 degrees or advance/retard it from the start?
