Will Crane Have Its New Shaft Mount Rocker For LS1 Heads
Crane has a new shaft mount rocker for SBC heads. It looks interesting.

There is also a PowerPoint presentation with other valve train info. It is mainly about their 'Quick Lift': http://www.cranecams.com/pdf/04qlps.pdf
Their 'Quick Lift' doesn't make much sense to me. They claim 6 or so degrees bigger at .200". However it is not much bigger above that. No dyno numbers.
However the new shafts look like they may be a real advantage.

Yes...but what about the shafts? The PowerPoint has much more information on the quick lift. However, I'm not sure it works in range (primarily below .1" cam lift) to have much affect on overall flow.
