If you are talking about the Futral Motorsports F4 cam (226"/226" .575"/.575" 112LSA), then the Comp 918 springs will work just fine. Mike Hoffpauir is using this cam with 918s and stock retainers with no issues to speak of on his daily driver. He has gone 10.98@121.44 with stock heads!

I used the F4 cam from Futral Motorsports with 918's and now I have a bigger Futral Motorsports cam and I am still using 918's.. Personally I think 918's can take a lot and I have heard of people running up to 615 lift with 918's...
