01-02 F-body owners read this 01-02 F-body owners may have an LS6 block. In my GMHTP magazine I got today it says that according to GM, 10-15% of all 01 F-cars & around 25% of all 02 F-cars were equipped with the LS6 block from the factory. This is the first I've heard this. It says to confirm this, get a mirror and inspect the LH rear deck just above the transmission flange. The LS6 block will have a 12561168 number there. I'll definately check mine.
