How will PtV clearance change between these 2 cams? How will the PtV clearance change - that is, how much more PtV clearance will I have - when changing from a 112LSA to a 114LSA and also, from a +4 advance to a +2 advance?

No one is going to be able to give you a "you'll gain this much" answer. All anyone can really tell you is that you will gain clearence by going from 112 to 114 and lowering your advance 2 degrees. When I did my cam, I checked clearence at +4 advance, then at +2 advance. The diffrence was about .017". So theoretically, your .070 would go to .087 just with the reduction of 2 degrees of advance. Then you have the extra room for the LSA. If I had to take a guess, I'd say you would be over .100" which would be safe.
