Default just installed my cam

all i can say is wow the tsp 231/237 sounds great and pulls as hard as it sounds. i have one question though. i still hear valve train noise even though i swaped to some harland roller rockers. should i still hear this? i put a new o-ring in and i have good oil pressure so whats the deal? it's still nice though hopefully put some good times and numbers down.

I just had that cam swapped into my car. We thought we heard a valvetrain noise but it ended up being an exhaust leak from the homemade blockoff plate for the EGR. Could that be your problem too?

I get valve train noise with my H/S rockers too and I've check the valve lash several times just to make sure everthing was ok so the noise is normal nothing to worry about.

How much lifter preload did you get when you tightened the rocker bolts?

i dont know i just torqued the rockers down to 22 ft lbs like i was suggest to do. i plan on putting the feeler in and checking the bolts after i get some more miles in to see if they moved or not. what should my gap be or how do i check preload?
