Default Flycutting and Cam question

I have a custom ground Lunati cam (237,242 595,595, 112lsa) and Patriot Stage II LS6 heads (2.02, 1.57 valves), heads are not milled any. Factory sized head gasket will be used. Is there a possiblity that I will have to flycut the pistons?

I will end up claying the pistions to check PtV clearance, just wondering if anyone knew off the top of there head...

I would flycut them to be on the safe side. Better to be safe than sorry...
