5.3 heads and MS3

5.3 heads and MS3 I am getting a set of 5.3 heads that have been shaved .006 to clean up the surfaces. I was wondering if a cam along the lines of an MS3 will still clear the pistons with this head.

not sure. I will find out about the valves. I think they may be a little larger than stock. I am not sure about the head gasket yet either. Thats why I am asking questions now, so that when the time comes I have everything ready. If a certain gasket is what I need to make this work that is fine. I am open to any suggestions.

I spoke to the owner of the heads. They are actually TEA stage 1 heads. The valves are supposed to be the same as the 1.5 heads. 2.02/1.55. He told me the heads have 60cc chambers.
