i would think EVERY sponsor that ports heads would do this for you......my vote goes to TEA or FFHP.

it all depends on who you go to, what kind of options you get(hand finish, nitrous exhaust ports, et cetera). call around to get a good idea. you're prolly lookin at 1200 for a good port job on ls6 heads, if you send yours in. 1700 for hand finished is the quote i got from TEA.

We could do the basic CNC porting for around $600.00. If you wanted a good hand finish job, we could send them to FFHP after CNC, and they can do a great hand finishing job on them.

We can CNC port your castings. We can also valve job and hand blend them in house. CNC work for around 600.00 , 125.00 for the valve job, 150 to blend it and 120 for Ferrea intake valves. There ar a few other options I can over with you if you want to give me a call at the shop.
Thanks Brent

Off topic...

Have you hand finished a set of the new AFR 225 heads yet? If so, how much and what kind of results?

We have not done any work on an AFR CNC ported head.We buy bare 205 cc as cast heads and go from there. We do have an AFR 225 cnc port. The last set we did flowed 335 @ .600 on a 4.00 bore with a clay radius.

Is that $150 to blend the same as hand finishing to competition level, or is that one of the options that we need to call you to discuss? What is the difference?

to hand finish to a competition level is $400.00 instead of the $150.00 blend valve job charge. the Comp level stuff will generally make around 10 rwhp better than the other, sometimes more. While both are done by hand, the competition level finished heads have a lot more time spent on them. Options to go over would be valve sizes, spring choices etc.
