Default Should I go with bigger valves?

I am getting ready to bite the bullet and get some ported ls6 heads.
I am trying to decide if I should stick with the stock size valves or go with an upgraded size. I don't care about the extra cost, I just want what will work best with my setup. Here is what the car has as far as engine mods:
Stock displacement
224 581 114 cam
LS6 intake
ported throttle body
Headers w/big exhaust wo/cats
2 stage 200 shot of n2o

Also, what size would you recommend and where is the best place to buy them?

Bigger valve will help low lift flow your best benifit would be to use bigger valves and unshroud the chambers. The shape alone of a after market valve alone should increase airflow at all lift ranges...

2.02 or a 2.055 intake valve. I would stick with the stock exhaust valve especially if it is the light weight LS6 Valve. If your worried about the stock exhaust valve on the spray you could use an aftermarket valve, however Brian Tooleys C-5 used a 200 shot, with the stock exhaust valve, with no problems.
