Default What do you think about this cam?

i just ordered this cam from crane. i read about it in hot rod mag. tell me what you guys think. duration @.050" lift intake-228 exhaust-232, avg duration 290-294, valve lift .600" intake and exhaust with a 110 deg lobe seperation. im upgrading the valve springs, seats, retainers and pushrods. im using the stock 2001 ls1 heads but im milling .030" off them. I also plan on flycutting the pistons. I know the pvc will be close. has anyone used a similar cam?

That cam is fairly similar to the F11/F13. (228/230) (230/232) Our motors seem to like cams in that ballpark of duration, so you should be good. That 110 will make it have a nasty idle too.
