Cam Selection...

Cam Selection...
Ok, I'm hoping someone can help me select an appropriate cam given the following information. I live in Northern VA (NoVA! ...booo) and here is what they check for during an emissions test... (pic of sheet is here, not dial-up friendly!)
HC ppm:
limit @ idle = 110 (I got 0)
limit @ 2500 rpm = 110 (I got 0)
CO%:
limit @ idle = .75 (I got .03)
limit @ 2500 rpm = .75 (I got .02)
I have a 2002 Formula with stock manifolds and cats (just put them back in) and SLP's FlowPac, SLP MAF, and BBK Throttle Body. I'm gonna put my LTs back in over the summer and have this redone to see where I stand. So, based on the specs of the stock '02 LS1 cam, the emissions it puts out, and the specs of other cams out there, what could I get? I'm hoping for some kind of formula to figure this out. (My eyes are on LS6 and Lingenfelter's GTsomething)
Thanks!

try the "internal engine" section. you'll get more responses.
if your tests are strict, you should look into cams like the MTI stealth 2 or the lingenfelter gt2-3 cam.
they are very small cams that make nice power.
