Default Reverse split

What are the advantages of going with a reverse split camshaft? What makes it so special? Does it make more power?

Its suppose to improve idle quality. They are designed for set ups with free flowing exhaust or turbos. No cats and Long tubes are ideal. Mine is actually a slight reverse split. Very slight at .200, .300 and .400 lift.

The funny thing is that most of the big number set ups run a traditional split. My next cam will be a 226/228 112 LSA.
