Default Intake/Exhaust Valve Seals

Is there any difference in the intake and exhaust valve seals? I ordered the Dual Upgrade kit from FMS with my cam and the new intake/valve seals are all the same (brown). I have a 2001 WS6 and read that they have integrated seats/seals. Is this true? When upgrading my seats/seals/retainers, will I have to install the seats with seperate seals?

Also, in the box with the hardened pushrods, there are these washer looking things. Printed on one side is "This side up v.s.i 203" What are these?

Sorry for the ignorance, just trying to get EVERYTHING in line for my cam install. Thanks.

The seals are the same. The seat base and the seals are not integrated like the factory part.Just install the seat base, then push on the valve seal.
